After moving to Hollywood Beach in the late 90’s with my husband, we quickly realized that this was the place where we wanted to raise our family. Now with more than two decades of experience living here, we’ve learned that there really isn’t anywhere else in SoCal that matches the charm and energy of Ventura County.
I’ve been a Realtor® for over 25 years, and had the opportunity to take over Area Code Real Estate as the Broker/Owner in 2014. Since then, we’ve rebranded to Beach View Real Estate and added a Vacation Home Management Division to the company where we host guests from all over the world, sharing this little slice of heaven that we call home. Think of Beach View as the Hotel and our properties are the rooms! Had a great time at this property. Location is awesome. We stayed at another rental in this same community and definitely prefer this site. There’s enough activity occurring in the water behind the house to keep things interesting but not enough to make it too busy. Boats, paddle boarders, kayak would pass by every so often. Neighbors are friendly. It’s quite relaxing looking out the window. Property is close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

This house with its location, views, amenities, and setup was simply the best house I have ever rented. (And we have rented ALOT all over the world!). We were in awe of how well this house was stocked with items I don’t even have in my house! We were greeted by Dawn, one of the nicest agents, with wine and cookies who gave us a full rundown of how to use all amenities. The beds were so so comfortable, water pressure was fantastic, plenty of towels including beach towels, plenty of cooking and serving items. The use of the paddle boards and kayaks was such a bonus. Cannot thank you all enough for this wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend this house!!!!!

The location of this house is really what its all about. You simply cant beat it. The kids were over the moon to run out every morning, straight onto the beach. We saw dolphins swim by while sitting on the deck in the afternoon, so I would say it was pure magic. The house is perfectly appointed with all you need in the kitchen and the TVs worked great for family movies. We loved it so much, and simply can not wait to return. Thank you for all!
